As a preview here is the tentative schedule:

Friday 11:30 am - competitors meeting

Friday afternoon a couple of 5nm W-L bouy races

Saturday afternoon a 20nm long-distance race around lower Saginaw Bay

Saturday night, we will have dinner and an informative program at the famed Gougeon boat shop.

Sunday morning there will be a couple more buoy races followed by the awards ceremony in mid-afternoon

The racing takes place in the lower Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron, just outside the mouth of the Saginaw River in Bay City, Michigan, a nice central location. The BYYC has an excellent launching, parking, docking, eating, and drinking facility. Sleep on the boat, camp on-site or stay at one of the nearby motels. There is a small fee for camping at BCYC, $10 a night for tents and $20 for trailers. In recent years, we’ve had several F25Cs, F27s, F/c28s F/C31s, F33s, and several Meade/Jan Gougeon-designed and built cats and tris.
