1994 Corsair F-24 Mk I

Located on Lake Palestine near Tyler, Texas.  Complete with two main sails (Mariner constructed 2023 and Calvert racing early 2000’s), two jibs (original Mariner and Calvert racing), Calvert screecher, and Mariner spinnaker with bag.

Sailed primarily in fresh water and kept on a lift for the past 17 years.  Sail number 131.  All electronics in good working condition. Also includes a 2013 Yamaha 4 hp 4-stroke outboard, Autohelm tiller pilot, cockpit bimini, a one-year-old Marinco solar/battery vent fan, a solar battery charging system, a portable potty, a Milwaukee right-angle 28-volt drill to electrically raise the mainsail, and a Pacific trailer with new tires and refurbished bunks and brake system.

Motor - 2013 Yamaha 4hp 4-stroke outboard

Bottom paint - very old. It has been on a lift out of the water since 2008.

Comes with a custom cover for the boat when stored on the trailer with the mast up or down. It is in fair condition, with some repairable tears, but it is still useful. Also comes with camping screens for the front hatch and cabin entrance in the event someone wants to camp 

The boat has been well cared for, but it is not perfect. Minor scratches on the amas, but nothing structurally threatening. You can see the scratches on the photo showing the entire mast. The front hatch also likely needs to be re-bedded, as it leaks a bit. The Calvert main is in good shape, but the jib sustained sun damage, which has been repaired.
